A BROMSGROVE school football team is hoping their luck is in after winning their first game in a new kit.
The U11s team at the Mount School, in Birmingham Road, beat Bromyard Town U11s 2-1 in their first game since changing into the new strip.
Parents and Teachers Association chairman Geoff Barnes bought the kit for the team.
Manager Doug Newman said: "We are hoping it will be a lucky kit for us."
The team, who train once a week, have enjoyed a reasonable season and reached the last four of a six-a-side inter-school tournament earlier in the campaign.
