A MALVERN packaging firm has won four awards in an industry-wide competition.
Pendragon Presentation Packaging on the Enigma estate, Malvern Link, won a gold award, two silvers and a bronze at the National Packaging Council's design and construction awards.
The gold award was for a pack made for the Ledbury giftware firm Stuart Houghton.
A unique design by Pendragon employee Adam Whitehouse for a carrying handle for shampoo bottles won one of the silver awards. The handle is made for an Oxford firm which makes goods for famous brands such as The Simpsons and Manchester United.
The second was for a promotional box for the children's TV character Brum. The bronze award was for a PVC box for Manchester United-branded mobile phone accessories.
Sales director Phil Humphreys said: "It's very good news. There's only one other company that took more than one award and that was a big firm from Scotland."
Pendragon was founded five years ago with the merger of two local firms, Pagoda Pack and Whittle Box. It employs 48 people.
