I AM writing in response to the letter from Thomas Bromley, headed "Nonsense of animal extremists".

Supporters of vivisection try to blind people with science, although their science is a pseudo-science.

This is because the use of animals in medical research is based entirely upon extrapolation.

This is the transfer of results from animal testing to that of humans, with the spurious claim that it somehow improves their lives.

Vivisectors use scientific and medical data to try and confuse the general public, but they're unable totally to mask the absurdity of placing animals in a sterile and unnatural environment before attempting to induce human diseases that do not naturally infect them.
