Two events helped raise over £1,000 for the hospice.
On March 23, a black country fish and chip night at Cleobury North village hall raised £767, to be divided between Shropshire and Mid-Wales, and Hope House hospices.
On March 30, the group was given a 7.5kg Easter egg which was raffled at The Hollows Nursery, Prescott, raising £370.
The winner of the giant egg was Brenda Cundliffe, who donated it to the Children's Hospital, Birmingham, where a friend, two-year-old Danielle Roberts, of Kidderminster, is receiving treatment for cystic fibrosis. Danielle's mother, Sally, will raise funds for the hospital by competing in the Great North Run in the autumn.
