The April meeting was held at the community centre.

Outings are being arranged to Bletchley Park, the group meeting and a blossom walk.
Barbara Harris gave a cookery demonstration, preparing three dishes up to the point of baking, and then decorated food she had cooked earlier.
There were choux buns filled with fruit and cream, a lemon and whisky gateau and chocolate cake cases.
Next month the institute will be voting on resolutions for the intermediate meeting at Brighton. The two resolutions to be discussed are "local abattoirs" and "importation of foodstuffs".
