Vicky Powell and Hazel Roden, footpaths officers for Worcestershire County council, gave a talk to members at the April 3 meeting.
They outlined their role in keeping rights of way and bridle paths open for public use, and explained how recent legislation including the "right to roam" have impacted on this.
