COMMUNITY groups from Wyre Forest have shared a £25,200 lottery cash windfall.
Under the National Lottery Awards for All scheme, it was second time lucky for biggest winner, Hartlebury Tennis club. It was given £5,000 towards an all-weather surface on its two courts and upgrading floodlights. Hartlebury Tennis Club secretary Richard Litchfield and

The club was unsuccessful in an application for Lottery cash towards re-surfacing a few years ago and carrying out essential work almost led to bankruptcy.
Chairman Tony Bishop said: "The award has come as a tremendous boost for a hard-working nucleus of members who have kept the club going for many years.
"Their voluntary labour has seen the installation of floodlights, the building of a clubhouse and the renewal of fencing.
"In the past, members have made interest-free loans to enable projects to be undertaken."
l Kidderminster Carnival Organising Group netted £3,445 for Golden Jubilee celebrations; Bewdley Rowing Club received £4,990; St John's Middle School received £4,402 towards an after-school rowing school club; £3,521 will enable Wyre Forest Divers to buy equipment; performance group the Monday Night Group will get £2,282 for audio-visual equipment; Chaddesley Corbett and District Farmers Club will receive £1,610 towards IT equipment.
