ANYONE considering celebrating the Queen's Golden Jubilee with a street party has been urged to act fast to avoid missing out.
Wyre Forest District Council's deadline for applications for street parties is Monday.
Four have so far been confirmed - in All Saints Avenue, Bewdley, and Spindle Close, Upton Road and Roden Avenue, all Kidderminster.
Decisions on four more are pending while eight more applicants have been sent forms but have not returned them, despite reminders.
Council leader Mike Oborski said: "Anyone still thinking about it needs to have applications in by Monday."
There is no charge for the service and forms can be obtained from Nick Howard on 01562 732710.
