MORE policemen on the beat are to be promised to Stourport.
The pledge is contained in the Crime and Disorder Strategy for Wyre Forest - out later this month - which has been put together by the inter-agency Wyre Forest Community Safety Partnership.
"The policing situation is going to improve," said district councillor Brian Glass, portfolio holder for community health and safety.
