A DRIVER who was more than three times over the alcohol limit told police he had intended to kill himself by deliberately crashing his car into a wall.
He swerved at the last moment to avoid another vehicle.
Jonathan Deady, 26, of Mart Lane, Stourport, was bailed for a report and banned from driving until he appears in court again on April 26.
District judge Philip Browning said he did not intend to impose a custodial sentence.
Deady admitted driving in Mitton Street, Stourport with a breath alcohol reading of 112, more than three times the limit of 35.
