KIDDERMINSTER prepare for a season in Birmingham and District League Division One with a home friendly on Saturday.
The Chester Road North men, relegated from the Premier Division last season, play Bridgnorth from 1.30pm.
Meanwhile, the club hosts a three-day Worcestershire seconds game on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday next week.
Northamptonshire are the visitors and admission is free for spectators with play starting at 11am.
Some town cricket fans may remember a game between the two counties in 1989 when Northamptonshire piled on 523 runs from 93 overs.
Alan Fordham hit 29 fours and 10 sixes in a stunning individual display for 236 runs.
