A WORCESTERSHIRE recruitment company has been re-awarded the Investors in People status.
Backup Staff, which has offices in Worcester, Evesham, Kidderminster and Redditch, first achieved Investors in People status in 1999.

"To be awarded it again is a credit to the team that undertakes the training and mentoring of staff and temporary workers," said Joe Powell, managing director.
"It is very satisfying knowing that Backup Staff has maintained the high standards and criteria on an on-going basis."
A spokeswoman for the scheme said it was a pleasure to undertake Backup's assessment.
"During the time I spent at Backup, I found that people were very positive about the support, development and training offered and undertaken by Backup," she said,
"The integrity and fairness of the company also came across when speaking with the team."
