NEW College has been toasting a former student's scholarship success.
John Bradburn, from Crabbs Cross, has been chosen to receive the prestigious Jack Cardiff Scholarship from the University of Wales College, Newport.
John gained a first class degree in film and video after completing a City and Guilds in TV and video competencies at NEW College's state-of-the-art media department.
The scholarship will enable John to develop his film-making further and study for a Masters degree in film at the International Film School in Wales.
