REDDITCH biker Andy Tinsley roared into seventh place at the second round of the Superstocks Championship to bag more championship points.
The Knotts Motorcycles star achieved his stated aim of a top ten place to continue his steady improvement and leave him ninth on the leaderboard with 12 championship points after a 13th place in his opening race.
The result stretched Tinsley's advantage over town rivals Team Legs 11 with Kelvin Reilly finishing 14th and Rhys Boyd 24th at Brands.
But Reilly fired a warning shot over his arch rivals bows.
The rivalry is set to continue at Donington on Sunday, April 28.
