TALES of fairies combined with a dash of magic will bring a smile to the faces of youngsters and parents alike thanks to the creative talents of one Bromsgrove author.
Pauline Nind, of Churchfields Road, is selling her collection of fairytales and poems - entitled Pollyanna's fairytales and My Little Book of Fairy Poems - with the hope of raising pots of cash for the Birmingham Children's Hospital.
Pauline, who has worked as a warden at Kathleen Field Court in Sidemoor for four years, has been writing poetry and fairy tales ever since her early childhood.
She had her first poem published last May by publisher's Forward Press.
She said: "I wrote My Little Book of Fairytales originally for my friend's three-year-old granddaughter, Meggy.
"They are the sort of stories you read your children before you tuck them into bed."
If anyone wants to purchase a copy, they should call Pauline on 01527 870885.
