A free course for people worried about the health of their children is being held at St Andrew's Church Hall, Church Hill, from tomorrow.
Fit Kids are Healthy Kids is being held weekly between 10am-noon and is being run by Redditch Local Learning Centre.
Topics to be covered on the course include outdoor fun, essential first aid and fun fast family food.
Free childcare is available for the event but places must be booked in advance.
People can book for the event or simply turn up to one of the sessions.
