Drunkenness - William Rea, labourer, Inkberrow, was charged with being drunk in Evesham Road, Astwood Bank, on April 4.
The facts were stated by Pc Hemming and the defendant, who admitted that this was his second offence within 12 calendar months, having been convicted for drunkenness at the last court, was ordered to pay 10s 6d including costs.
For being drunk in Evesham Street on April 5, William Biddle, labourer of Edward Street, was, on the evidence of Pc Broome, fined 2s 6d and 5s 6d costs.
Thomas Hack, horse breaker, was ordered to pay 10s 6d including costs for being drunk on Bates Hill on the 8th instant - Pc Broome proved the case.
