WHEN Chancellor Gordon Brown reveals his budget measures tomorrow, will it be to sighs of satisfaction or frustration?

Will the Chancellor raise income tax? Or perhaps National Insurance contributions, or even VAT? What are his plans for education and the NHS and will the price of petrol go up? And what about alcohol and tobacco - the old favourites when it comes to raising some cash?

The Evening News has been out and about talking to the people of Worcester to find out what they would like to see - and what they would not like to see - in tomorrow's budget.

Following the budget announcement they will be asked how satisfied, or dissatisfied, they are with the measures, with the answers due to be published in Thursday's edition.
