IT was a relief to read Kate Wildish's letter expressing goodwill towards genuine asylum seekers. I, too, am becoming rather anxious about the level of antagonism towards people who have already suffered enough.
It is very unfair, and dangerous, to blame all the problems of this country on refugees, most of whom have experiences which are too horrific even for us to imagine and who simply wish themselves and their families to be safe from persecution.
