KIDDERMINSTER Carolians Rugby Club landed seven tries in a 39-25 home victory over Wednesbury on Saturday.
The town club's scheduled fixtures against Shrewsbury were cancelled and hastily arranged A and B games against Wednesbury.
The A fixture proved to be an open affair that brought two tries apiece for Eddie Ross and Andy Webber.
There were other tries for James Lloyd Jones, Ben Stanier and James Whitehouse, while Tom Oakes kicked two conversions.
The visitors scored three tries, two of which were converted, and two penalties.
Iain Crockett notched 11 points as KCs B won 26-0 at their Wednesbury counterparts.
Matt Rigsby, Dave Betson, Rob Preston and Crockett crossed for tries and Crockett also made three conversions.
On Saturday KCs are in friendly action again when they meet Willenhall at Marlpool Lane. The 2nd XV travel to Worcester and the 4th team are at home to Stourbridge.
