AN indignant article in a leading Sunday broadsheet last week condemned the Indian film Lagaan for its alleged violently anti-British attitudes. Now Malvern audiences can make up their own minds, as Lagaan (PG) is showing for one night only at The Forum on Wednesday, December 5, at 7pm.
Showing all week at Malvern Cinema is the comedy Legally Blonde (12) starring Reece Witherspoon as a society girl who follows her ex-boyfriend to Harvard Law School to try to win him back, only to prove a dab hand at the law herself. Legally Blonde is on tonight (Friday), tomorrow and Sunday at 7pm and on 7.30pm the rest of the week. There are 3pm matinees on Saturday and Sunday.
