I WOULD like to reply to Sarah Brooks' letter (You Say, November 21) regarding the lack of foreign films in Worcester cinemas.
I have been trying to book Amelie to be shown at our cinema for many weeks now.
Due to the fact that there are limited prints throughout the country we have only now managed to get hold of one and started showing the film from Friday.
We do always try to get well-known foreign films to show. Just last week we showed Brotherhood of the Wolf which was French language with English subtitles alongside The Man Who Wasn't There which is an arthouse film.
I do appreciate that it is frustrating that the films take so long to come to smaller towns like Worcester. However, if you are patient, they will come in the end.
CAROLYN BAKER,
General Manager
Odeon Cinemas Ltd,
