A driver who was weaving about the road when police followed him at 3.15am has been banned for three years.
Darren Harvey, 23, of Park Street, Kidderminster, admitted a second drink-drive offence in three years.
He had a breath alcohol reading of 59, against the limit of 35.
As well as the ban Kidderminster magistrates fined him £100 with £55 costs.
