A WOMAN'S handbag was snatched from her shoulder by a thief who ran up behind her on steps in the car park at Kidderminster's Matalan store in Park Lane.
A white man, described as 5ft 9ins, wearing a dark padded jacket and dark trousers with messy brown hair, grabbed the black bag - which contained her purse - at about 4.45pm on Wednesday, November 21. He ran off in the direction of Park Street.
