Worcester Rugby Club prop forward Neil Lyman will be suspended for one match following his sin-binning in their RFU Senior Cup match against Rotherham last weekend.
Lyman, who has now received three yellow cards in a 12-month period, will be forced to miss Worcester's crucial National One visit to third-placed Exeter Chiefs on Saturday, December 8.
The RFU ruling states that Lyman must miss one 'competitive game' after his 10-day appeal period against the yellow card ruling has been served.
Worcester's head coach John Brain has made the decision not to select Lyman for Saturday's home league fixture against Rugby Lions in order to look at other props in the squad prior to the Exeter match.
