POLICE sergeant Richard Moore has won a prize for being the top student to graduate from a four-year law degree course at Worcester College of Technology (WCT).
Sgt Moore, aged 30, who lives in Worcester with his wife, Angela, also a sergeant in the police force, was one of only eight-students to finish the part-time course.
Guy Salter, head of training at Worcester law firm, Harrison Clark, presented the award, with John Duddington, head of law at WCT, looking on.
