BRAINY Bromsgrove District Council workers have been rewarded for their top-notch exam results.
Talented duo Emma Mullen and David Riley passed their Institute of Revenues, Rating and Valuation Technology examinations with flying colours.
The revenue officers came out with some of the best marks in Britain.
Ms Mullen, who joined the council in April 1998, deals with housing and council tax benefits and was awarded Best Paper in the Introduction to Housing and Council Tax Benefit Law category.
Mr Riley picked up Best Overall Technician prize after completing his three papers on council tax law, revenues administration and business rating law.
"I'm very proud to have such able employees," said council leader Nick Psirides.
