ANOTHER site for 25 homes will have to be found in Studley if plans to oppose them being built in the centre of the village are to succeed.
Stratford Council has included one hectare of land on the site of the current Pioneer Co-op Store in Alcester Road in its Local Plan review.
The Local Plan sets out a framework for all development in the district for the next decade.
The Pioneer site has been included for housing development after Stratford Council learnt the store was to be downsized after owners CWS failed to sell it.
Studley Parish Council wants the site kept for retail use but has been told it would have to find another suitable site for housing if it were to get its way.
