GYMNAST Abigail Walker pulled off a tremendous performance at the National Champ-ionships.
The Rubery 11-year-old represented the West Midlands in the level two competition at the event in Guildford on Nov-ember 3 and 4 and finished 27th.
It was an improvement of 20 places from last year.
On November 18 the Rubery star competed in the West Midlands level two team championships at Highgate, Birming-ham.
She finished third on bars and floor, second on vault and first on the beam and won the overall competition.
Abigail's next contest is on December 15 when she aims to become the West Midlands level two champion.
