THE policy for replacing roadside trees is to be looked at after complaints areas of Redditch were losing their character.
County council highways chiefs, Redditch Council and residents will meet to discuss why trees are not replaced and what can be done.
During a county contact forum meeting on Monday, highways officer Jon Biggs told residents about the problem with replacing trees which had been taken out.
He said permission had to be given by sewage, electricity, gas, water and telecommunications.
