WEST Malvern suffered their worst defeat of the season on Saturday in the Worcester League Division One when Hanley Swan dominated the game to run out comfortable 9-1 winners.

A weakened West, due to players not turning up and injuries, were never really in the game and found themselves 4-0 down at half-time.
Hanley kept the pressure on in the second period scoring another five times although the West did grab a consolation goal.
Mark Shepherd and Dave Smith both grabbed hat-tricks for Hanley.
Tomorrow (Saturday) the West, sponsored by Amey, entertain Koinonia in the league, players meet dressing rooms 1.15pm.
