TWO VIOLINISTS are preparing to play their part for the English Symphony Orchestra at a Remembrance concert at Malvern Theatres tonight (Friday) at 7.30pm.
ESO co-leader and Malvern resident Janet Masters, will join Susan Burnard, who lives near Monmouth, to perform the Bach Double Violin Concerto.
Part of the evening's programme will be the Faure Requium, Grieg's Holberg Suite, the Barber Adagio and Faure's Cantique de Jean Racine, all conducted by Paul Leddington-Wright.
Janet said: "I am looking forward to it very much. I think particularly at this time, doing a Remembrance concert is an important focus. So I hope that it will be a good atmosphere."
