Dear Editor - As we face the increasing problems of providing a cost-effective refuse collection service, thank you for your publicity which has resulted in many members of the public making a sensible input, which is now receiving detailed attention. We know what the problems are and continue to welcome any constructive comments - co-operation is the keyword to success.
