SIMON M Hopkins (You Say, October 19) is rightly annoyed with those bin men who are firing free rubbish bags in his driveway. I am experiencing the same occurrence in the road where I, live and I am not amused.
Sometimes I find bags hidden underneath my car. Those bags could cause a very serious accident in a gale force wind.
