WE have just heard through your newspaper that all pensioners on bus services 61A and 178 will have to pay full fare on these buses.
It is most unfair that one part of Redditch has free travel for pensioners and another part has not.
Most pensioners are paying council tax and all the council can say is they are disappointed. Ten pounds for a weekly pass is a lot of money from pensioners who are on a low income.
This is most unfair and something should be done about it. A lot of pensioners who cannot afford the ticket will be cut off.
