AN 86-year-old woman was taken to hospital after a car crash on Himbleton Road, St John's, Worcester, this morning.
Ambulance crews and police were called to the collision at 7.45am, which involved a blue Vauxhall Frontera and a red Ford Orion.
The woman was a passenger in one of the vehicles and was taken to Ronkswood Hospital's A&E for treatment.
Police do not believe her injuries are serious.
Both vehicles were blocking the narrow road, near the junction with Fern Road, off Henwick Road, leaving traffic backing up in both directions.
Emergency crews were still clearing the wreckage this morning.
