NEW British film Greenfingers is showing in The Roses Theatre cinema, Tewkesbury, next week.
It is on Monday at 6.45pm, Tuesday at 11am (for OAPs) and 7.30pm and Thursday at 7.30pm.
Directed by Joel Hershman, the film stars Clive Owen, Helen Mirren, Dave Kelly, Natasha Little and Warren Clarke.
Loosely based on true events, the film focuses on prisoners Colin (Owen) and Fergus (Kelly) who end up competing in the Hampton Court Palace Flower Show after taking up gardening under the guidance of Georgina Woodhouse (Mirren) as part of their rehabilitation programmes.
Tickets cost £4.50 for adults (£3.50 concs). The OAP showing is £2 including tea and biscuits.
