MALVERN Town entertain Bustleholme tomorrow (Saturday) in the Express and Star Premier Division (2.45pm) and will be looking to extend their recent good form.
This has seen them take ten points out of a possible 12 and knock Pershore Town out of the Worcester Royal Infirmary Cup on Tuesday, the only recent blip being the FA Vase defeat at home to Blackstone.
Town have several games in hand over most sides in the Premier Division and could soon be amongst the leading clubs.
Town welcome back former favourite Mark Tipton, the ex-Town, Evesham and Swansea midfielder/striker has recently been playing locally, but feels he is ready to step back into senior football.
Town assistant manager Richard Anson said: "We are happy with Mark's fitness levels and his quality is in no doubt. With Matt Upton suspended for 35 days from next Monday for a Sunday dismissal and Andy Shepherd still to complete his five week suspension, Mark will provide us with a very realistic option."
For tomorrow's game, boss Joey Rawle will be hoping Upton will have recovered from the knock at Pershore and that Sean Cotterill will have recovered from his foot injury, Lee Hooper is unavailable, but Keith Holmans returns.
Town from: Alden, Higgins, Damore, Clayton, Walker, Mogford, Brooks, Holmans, Thomas, Slade, Upton, Cotterill, Tipton, Ward, Davies and Dugdale.
