Carpet fitter Andrew Tustin, 21, of Oulton Close, Kidderminster, has been banned for a year and fined £133, with £55 costs, for drink driving.
Police followed him after he was seen driving erratically in Marlpool Lane, at 11.30pm magistrates were told.
He admitted being on the road with a blood alcohol reading of 109, against the limit of 80.
