A well-groomed man of Mediterranean appearance used a stolen credit card to obtain £2,600 from a Kidderminster bank.
The thief used the card to gain the money over the counter at HSBC in Church Street before leaving the building at 11.45am on Friday.
The man is in his early 30s, about 6ft tall and of slim build. He had short, black, straight hair and was clean shaven but with a dark shadow.
