HOCKEY: A stunning 6-1 away win got Kidderminster Boundary firsts' DTZ League Midlands One campaign off to a great start.
They recorded the big victory at Solihull Blossomfield and aim to keep up their good form when Old Halesonians visit on Saturday.
Kidderminster's seconds did not fare as well, going down 2-0 to Warwick.
The thirds also lost but contested a tight game, falling narrowly 5-4 to Warwick, while the fourths lost 3-2 to Solihull Blossomfield.
Finally, the fifth team were defeated 3-0 by the same club.
Fixtures, Saturday, Men: Kidderminster Boundary 1sts v Old Halesonians (League), Nuneaton v 2nds (friendly), 3rds v Pershore (friendly), Olton & West Warks 5ths v 4ths (League), 5ths v Olton & WW (League). Ladies: Stourport 2nds v 2nds (League).
