A PROPERTY developer is looking for skilled craftsmen to help with a £5m luxury homes development in a village near Worcester.
The craftsmen, including lead work specialists, tilers, decorative plasterers and carpenters, are required for the Grange Manor development in Fernhill Heath.
Consisting of nine individually-designed luxury homes with price tags of between £400,000 and £1m, the development is aimed squarely at the top end of the market.
Developer Neil Grinnall, chairman of Stourport-on-Severn-based Neil Grinnall Homes, said he designed homes "for people with very distinct lifestyles".
The style of the development reflects the 1930s era and each home features electric entrance gates, atrium foyers, marble and wooden floors, roof-high stone fireplaces and vaulted ceilings.
Mr Grinnall said the innovative thinking and design excited him.
"I want to build homes that will be totally unique and which will portray an elegance and sophistication of times gone by, yet, at the same time will embody all the best that modern-day life has to offer," he said.
Interested craftsmen can phone Neil Grinnall on 01299 827767.
