THE September meeting included four ladies from Warwickshire Executive Committee, WIMPS (WI Members Promotion Services).
They encouraged members to talk on ways to promote the WI and passed on lots of information.
Mrs Noreen Ratledge, vice-president, thanked the ladies and business was then dealt with.
Mrs Carole Pidgeon will be delegate at the autumn council meeting.
Three members then read out their choice of humorous poems but the winner was a visitor from London with an original one.
Next month's meeting includes a slide show and talk on Bordesley Abbey.
