REDDITCH United Women FC continued their stunning season with a 7-0 thrashing of West Bromwich Strollers.

Teenage hotshot Mandy Ellicott claimed four and two assists and her manager has tipped her for greatness.

"If Mandy keeps playing the way she is she could end up one of the town's best exports," said Women's manager Steve Tayler.

And Tayler said his league leaders were yet to play to their full potential.

"We have not been at our best," added Tayler, "when we play as well as we can I think we will frighten people.

"On Sunday the no goals against was as rewarding as the seven for because our defence have been playing very well."

Redditch visit Southam on Thursday (ko 8pm) before two blank Sundays.

Boss Tayler is set to watch Fairfield take on Leafield on Sunday and the club holds a charity match on Sunday 21 at the Abbey Stadium for the World Trade Centre Disaster Fund.

Redditch council have provided the pitch for free and the club is hoping for a big crowd.
