A NEW guide is to be launched on Monday to help the people of Bromsgrove and Droitwich Spa though the maze of services offered by local authorities and health organisations.
Called 'Better Care, Higher Standards' the publication aims to give handy information about the sorts of services available to people with long-term health problems and their carers.
Social care, housing and health services, after consulting with people who use those organisations, have worked together to produce an easy-to-understand booklet that helps people to find their way around each agency's services.
Worcestershire Association of Service Users chairman, Simon Heng, said: "This information will be a real boost to those people who have to deal with the caring agencies.
"Better Care, Higher Standards, is a welcome addition to the information we need to find our way through the maze of services."
