A LIFETIME of love conducted through letters will provide the drama in a production being staged near Bromsgrove this weekend.

Hagley Theatre Group is presenting AR Gurney's Love Letters at Hagley Community Centre, off Worcester Road, this Friday and Saturday.

It shares the confidences and feelings between two people who, having grown up together, go their separate ways.

According to the group, what emerges from this play is an evocative, touching, frequently funny but always telling pair of character studies.

What is implied is as revealing and meaningful as that which is written in the letters.

Tickets are priced at £10, including supper, and are available from ticket secretary Pauline Lewis on (01384) 390311, or by completing a ticket request form available from a host of village shops.

A full bar is provided each evening. The production starts at 7.30pm.
