GARRINGTONS had a dream start in this cup tie when Steve Evans took a right wing corner in the third minute, which Yemi Ingram headed back for Ian Brown to head home.
From thereon Garringtons dominated, playing some beautiful football from defence through to attack. It was no surprise when Garringtons went 2-0 up in the 35th minute and what a goal it was.
Steve Evans won the ball, played it out to Kevin Banner down the left, who in turn hit an inch perfect cross for Dane Wood to run on to and hammer the ball on the run past the goalkeeper.
Within minutes Gary Eades won the ball on the half way line, played it to Dean Tilley who played the ball for Robert Powell to hammer home and make it 3-0 at half time.
The second half started as the first with Garringtons dominating the game. But it took until the 70th minute when Powell ran at the Brinton's defence and played Brown in, who coolly picked his spot to make it 4-0.
On full time Wood and Eades combined down the right, inter-changing some fine passes with Eades playing the final pass for Simon West to run on to and make no mistake, as Sunday completed a terrific win.
