CHRISTIANITY is about punishment for wrong-doing. It is also about repentance and forgiveness.

To blame Islam as a whole for the atrocities committed in the USA, against people of all nationalities it must be said, is a policy of lunacy.

The perpetrators of these crimes against humanity must be apprehended, then, should the USA and her allies have hard evidence, be brought before an international court of justice.

During 1945-48, British troops and civil servants endeavoured under a League of Nations mandate to maintain an economically viable, multi-racial Palestine. But terrorists had other ideas.

After no less than 338 service people had lost their lives, many others injured in body and mind, international Zionists had their way.

Since 1948, the State of Israel and her Arab neighbours have engaged in a policy of 'an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth' with appalling effects, bringing the world ever nearer to Armageddon.

This mould has to be broken. Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ urges us to 'turn the other cheek.'

Both Bush and Blair are professed Christians. To pander to those who, for reasons best known to themselves are demanding revenge attacks, would be the height of folly.

The killing of even more innocent men, women and children, would cause horrendous problems that need not be spelt out in these columns.

Christianity must be given a chance.
