THE British Horse Society has delayed publication of its popular Bed and Breakfast for Horses booklet until September because of the foot and mouth crisis.
The BHS decided advertisers would be unlikely to fully benefit from visitors this summer and it would be better to delay the book until the autumn. This means people can still apply for inclusion.
Anyone who can offer overnight accommodation for horses in a field or stable can be included. Accommodation for accompanying humans is also sought, but is not essential.
