A driver who crashed into the back of a broken-down car on the Kidderminster Ringway has been fined £300, with £263 costs, by magistrates.
Mandy Cunningham, 36, of Pearl Lane, Astley, Stourport, wrote to the court blaming the accident on the other driver's failure to activate hazard warning lights. She was convicted of careless driving.
